With a career spanning roles such as Chief Executive Officer in the Canadian Forces Health Services and strategic advisor to national and international military healthcare teams, Stéphan has led teams in both high-pressure environments and large, complex operations. His leadership was recognized with the Meritorious Service Medal for his work in Afghanistan, where he led a team to enhance health services for the Afghan National Security Forces.
